Ingredients
about 7 cups thinly sliced or cubed sweet potatoespeeling is optional
4tablespoonssesame seed oilnot toasted sesame oil
1teaspoonsalt
2 to 3tablespoonsEverything Seasoning blendhomemade or one with clean ingredients
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and line 2 baking sheets with unbleached parchment.
Slice or cube the sweet potatoes and spread them evenly on the baking sheets. It's ok if they overlap some, but try to get as much of a single layer as you can.
Coat the potatoes evenly with sesame seed oil and salt.
Place them in the oven to roast for approximately 15 to 20 minutes, or until they're fork tender.
