INGREDIENTS
1 cup larger size whole mixed nuts (like brazil nuts, hazelnut, or walnuts)
1 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 to 1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
dash of sea salt
2/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1 cup to 1 1/4 cup dried berries (blueberry, cranberry, etc.)
Optional chia seeds (2 tbsp)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat your oven to 325F and Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a blender or food processor combine your nuts/almonds. Pulse about 5-8 times until nuts are chopped but not ground.
